The service history belongs on the machine.
Maintenance gets written up later, back at a desk, if at all. The next technician then has no idea what was done last time, and the paperwork is in a binder in another building.
How it works
Tag the machine
Put a metal-compatible tag where technicians will see it.
Open the record on site
A tap brings up the manual and the earlier service entries.
Record work on the spot
Technicians complete the form with photos before they walk away, and you see it right away.
What the page can show
- Service history
- Manual and parts list
- Maintenance form
- Next inspection date
TagOS is new. Today it gives each object a page, records every tap and exports the history. Forms, documents, maintenance schedules and team accounts are in development, so some of this isn't available yet.
Other uses
asset management, equipment tracking, property management and more.
